Lisa + John’s Wedding

A knot that becomes wet, is extremely hard to untie. This is why rain is considered good luck on your wedding day! Like the knot, the marriage will be hard to unravel! Lisa and John were in high spirits, despite having to move their wedding ceremony indoor. Why? Because that isn’t the most important aspect of the day! The vows, the rings, the I do, and the words “you may now kiss your bride” is all that matters in the end! Well….and of course great photography to remember the day!

I met Lisa and John last year when they came into the studio for an engagement session. Lisa’s bubbly personality is contagious. I was honored when they asked me to photograph their May 19 wedding.

Their venue, the newly renovated Inn at Salem Country Club, is perfect for an intimate ceremony with spectacular views of the Delaware River. The Inn Keepers, Yvonne and Jim Grant, are incredibly talented and wonderful event planners and hosts. From the beautiful tower suite for getting ready, the cocktail hour on the deck, to the immaculant sunsets in the evening, The Inn at Salem Country Club is the newest and hottest wedding venue in Salem County.
